How to track an order?

Once we ship your packet, you will receive an SMS alert on your provided phone number along with an E-mail on your registered id consisting of courier company details and tracking number. With this detail, you can track your consignment either from our website or from the site of the courier company.

How long will you take to furnish my consignment?

Generally, we take four-seven days to ship an order. Once we ship a product, we try to deliver it within five days. But this may vary due to the following conditions-

  • If the area of delivery is in an interior region.
  • A natural catastrophe like heavy rain, earthquake, etc.
  • Or maybe due to political disturbance, National or Regional holidays, etc.

After placing an order, can I change the date of delivery?

We are sorry in such a case as we have not provided such an option yet.

What should I do if the seal is broken?

Then do not delay in replacing the product. From our website, you can choose to replace option. You can also send us an e-mail stating your product replacement request.

Can I accept the consignment after checking the items?

In such a case, we can not help you. As per industry norms, you will have to accept the consignment without checking the items.
